What
supporting documentation is required? |

Private investors
must be over 18 years of age and would need to produce evidence of
identity (National ID Card). Where the investor is a company a certified
copy of the "Memorandum and Articles of Association" together
with a list of all authorized signatories with details of signing
authority, specimen signatures and certified copies of National ID
Card of signatories. |

Is there a minimum or maximum investment amount? |

The minimum initial
investment amount in any Fidelity Fund or Fidelity MultiManager Fund
is to EUR 1,000 (Lm 429.30)*, or equivalent in foreign currency. The
maximum amount accepted in cash is EUR 3,500 (Lm 1,502.55)*, or equivalent
in foreign currency. Otherwise, there is no maximum investment amount
for payment effected using other means. |

Can I top-up my investment, and if so, what is the minimum amount?

You may top-up
your investment at any time. The minimum top-up amount per fund is
EUR 1,000 (Lm 429.30)*, or equivalent in foreign currency. |

How
can payment be effected? |
 |
 |
Payment can be
effected by cheque or bank transfer and is to be made payable to:
"Growth Investments Limited - Clients A/C". Growth Investments
Limited holds multi-currency bank accounts with both local and foreign
banks. Third party payments cannot be accepted. Payments in cash may
be accepted up to an annual maximum amount of to EUR 3,500 (Lm 1,502.55)*,
or equivalent in foreign currency. |
